A method for managing a resource in a base station for beamforming in a wireless access system according to the present specification includes the steps of: receiving cluster information from a cluster head (CH); and determining terminals to be scheduled in a cluster including the cluster head based on the received cluster information. The cluster information includes channel gain information and location information about the terminals which belong to the cluster including the cluster head.
