The present invention relates to a lug cutting apparatus including a main frame where back end sides between side plates (11) on both sides are connected with a rear plate (12), a predetermined length at a longitudinal middle part is connected by safety cover which extends integrally upward from the side plates (11), a lower end portion of a handle (14) is fixed to both sides of the rear plate (12), and a landing tool (17) is provided on inner side surfaces at the tip end and the back end of the side plates (11) on both of the sides to allow length adjustment; a lug cutting unit (20) that cuts a lug (60) while allowing a band type cutting blade (21) having a predetermined length to reciprocate sideways due to a cutting air cylinder (22) from both sides; a transport unit (30) that allows the lug cutting unit (20) to be moved a predetermined distance; a lug fixing unit (40) that allows both side surfaces of the lug (60) to be compressed and fixed by the driving of a clamping air cylinder (41) between the clamping air cylinder (41) and a support bracket (42) which are provided to face each other on both sides of the safety cover (13); a transport restriction unit (50) that allows a moving wheel (51) to be lifted and lowered by rotating a connecting rod (52) which is axially fixed by the side plates (11) with an operating lever (53).
