Fluidic traverse actuator

A system and methods for a self-rotating fluidic traverse actuator are presented. A turbine (320) rotates in response to a fluid flow, and an outer cylinder (312) with a longitudinal slot (314) that ejects the fluid flow. An inner cylinder (316) rotates inside the outer cylinder (312) in response to a rotation of the turbine and at least one helical slot (318) of the inner cylinder ejects the fluid flow into the longitudinal slot.
