The building has a muck cellar (2) comprising a muck collecting plate (1), and a set of holding bays (4) separated from the muck cellar over an intermediate ceiling. The intermediate ceiling comprises a gap bottom (5), and the muck collecting plate runs through pipeline loops (6) that are attached to a refrigerator. The muck collecting plate is attached to a clearing device and a ventilation system (9). The ventilation system comprises an exhaust air purification stage (12), and the clearing device comprises a folding slider. A muck conveyer (17) comprises an electric drive. The electric drive is designed as a regular electromotor.
