<p>The device has a head position and orientation sensor fixed on a pair of separating glasses with selective obturation of right and left vision. A view finder (2) comprising test cards is handled by the user carrying the glasses. A positioning sensor (2a) is affixed on the view finder. A stereoscopic screen displays pointing targets on the screen. A remote control initiates capturing of data when the user detects alignment of the test cards with a pointing target. Computer units communicate with the sensors to process the calibration data. An independent claim is also included for a method for calibration of stereoscopic parameters of display of a virtual reality system.</p> |
