<p>Storage unit stores a plurality of control contents, corresponding to a plurality of energy conservation levels indicating degrees of energy conservation, respectively. Control unit reads, from storage unit, a control content corresponding to an energy conservation level in setting unit, and control an apparatus. Request acquisition unit defines, as reference time point, time point when control of apparatus is started based on control content, and acquires operation content by user within predetermined time periods before and after reference time point. Acceptability evaluation unit evaluates, as degree of acceptance, degree of user's acceptability to energy conservation automatic control performed by control unit at reference time point, based on operation content acquired by request acquisition unit. Setting unit, when degree of acceptance is higher than first threshold value, increases energy conservation level so that energy to be consumed in apparatus is made smaller than energy at reference time point.</p> |
