The present invention relates to a treatment method for organic waste using effective microorganisms comprising the steps of: producing an object to be sterilized by thermally sterilizing above 100 and crushing organic waste including one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of dead livestock waste from death en masse and mass slaughter, slaughter waste from the process of processing livestock products after slaughter, byproduct waste from the process of processing food in meat-processing factories or fish-processing factories, and sludge waste from the process of purifying wastewater (S1); cooling the object to be sterilized in the range of 20 to 50 (S2); mixing the cooled object to be sterilized with a microbial agent including effective microorganisms (S3); and completing an fermented object by fermenting and drying the object to be sterilized mixed with the microbial agent for over 24 hours (S4). |
