THE SALT WATER MANUFACTURING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a device for recycling washed salt water wherein power is applied in the washed salt water for sterilizing solar salt by using electrolysis for removing foreign substances from the solar salt and controlling microorganisms contained in the solar salt and the washed salt water within the level of drinking water. The device of the present invention comprises a motor, a net conveyor, a roller, a, dip box, a guide roller, and a sprayer. The washed salt water used in the device of the present invention is saturated salt water present in the concentration of 20-25%. The device of the present invention also includes: a collection pump and a net filter collecting washed salt water while filtering large foreign substances from the washed salt water used in dipping wash by the dip box and spinning wash by the spray; a centrifuge for physically filtering foreign substances over the size of 50μm by rotating in a centrifuging manner; a disk filter of vacuum dehydration method for absorbing water by reducing pressure inside a filter cloth and dehydrating foreign substances over the size of 20μm outside the filter cloth; and a device for controlling microorganisms for sterilizing and controlling microorganisms harmful for human body for keeping the microorganisms of the salt water within the level of drinking water.
