PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device with improved optical extraction efficiency and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to easily manufacture the organic light emitting device by a spin coating process and an etching process using a polymer material in which nanoparticles are dispersed. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle dispersion polymer layer is formed by spin-coating a polymer (10). The polymer disperses nanoparticles (11). A first electrode (12) is laminated on the upper part of the nanoparticle dispersion polymer layer to form the shapes of the nanoparticles. An organic layer (13) is laminated on the upper part of the first electrode to form the shapes of the nanoparticles. A second electrode (14) is laminated on the upper part of the organic layer. |
