The present invention relates to a two-wire transmission device. The present two-wire transmission device comprises a first filter unit for outputting an image signal allocated from an input signal to a first frequency band by filtering the image signal; a second filter unit for filtering a data signal allocated from the input signal to a second frequency band; and a PLC unit for outputting the digital signal by demodulating and converting the data signal into the digital signal. The first filter unit comprises a first resistance, a first inductor, a first capacitor, a second inductor, a second capacitor, and a third inductor which are connected in series; a third inductor and a fourth capacitor which are connected to a connecting node between the first capacitor and the second inductor in parallel; a fourth inductor and a fourth capacitor which are connected to a connecting node between the second capacitor and the third inductor in parallel; and a second resistance connected to other end of the third capacitor in parallel. According to the present invention, the two-wire transmission device can simultaneously transmit and receive the image signal and the data signal using a two-wire line.
