The vane ring has a static inner ring that is provided for radial inner stabilization of the guide vanes. The sealing elements are provided to seal a radial gap between the inner ring and opposed rotor portion. A connecting device (8) arranged in region of separating joints (52) is provided to connect the adjacent carrier segments (48,50). The connecting device is provided with cooperating connecting elements (70,72) which are respectively formed on the end of carrier segments.
