A tubular inner coating material has a tubular fabric or fiber layer impregnated with a curable resin, and arranged inside inner film having polyamide layer as barrier. The inner film has three-layered structure having at least one core layer consisting of thermoplastic elastomer or ionomer between two outer layers containing polyamide.
