The invention relates to a process and a device for making a food product. According to the invention, the process consists in supplying, in continuous flow, pancake batter, conveying the dough simultaneously with baking it, this having an up to sixfold the length of a conventional pancake, for 1/2 of the baking time of a conventional pancake and cutting them at the desired length. As claimed by the invention, the device comprises a pancake batter recipient (4), some batter distributors (7 and 20), each provided with a slot (8) for discharging the product having the sizes of a conventional pancake, some conveying and baking belts (15 and 13) with opposite senses of moving, they being provided with some electric cooking plates (10 and 25), a recovery system consisting of a recovery belt (14) and some batching rollers (D) as well as a device (26) for cutting the baked product at the preset length. |
