The invention relates to an asymmetrically substituted compound of the tetrapyrrolic heterocycles class, synthesized and optimized for cellular load assays. According to the invention, the product has the chemical structure presented in Fig. 1 and the IUPAC scientific denomination 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tris-(4-carboxymethylphenyl)-21,23-H porphin. The claimed product is employed as singlet oxygen generator, as a tester in the Jurkat human leukemia line, as a tester in the human U937 myeloid line, as a tester in the human HT29 adhering line and in any pharmaceutical conditioning type meant for the treatment of cancer. |
