摘要 Hybrid error-control procedure with selective retransmission for aggregated unequal length packet transmission using low power integer code belongs to the communications engineering field. Its aim is to correct the errors with the lowest possible redundancy, in accordance with the aggregated packet transmission. Two aggregated check-sums are added to each one of the aggregated packets. Error detection at the receiver initiates transmission of auxiliary check-sums already existing at the transmitter, as intermediary result of the coding procedure. Auxiliary sums at the receiver make possible the auxiliary syndromes evaluation, enabling the error correction within the individual packets. Aggregated syndromes are used to verify the error correction. If the error correction is not successful, the receiver sends a request for selective retransmission of packets with detected error.
