<p>System for producing beer comprises (i) a hot water tank (1) for storing hot water, (ii) a cold water tank (2) for storing cold water, (iii) a first heat exchanger (3), which is connected with the cold water tank and the hot water tank for cooling the hot water from the hot water tank using cold water from the cold water tank, (iv) a processing device (4), and (v) a conveying device, which is connected with a first outlet of the first heat exchanger and for conveying the cooled hot water to the processing device. System for producing beer comprises (i) a hot water tank (1) for storing hot water, preferably hot water with a temperature of at least 60[deg] C, (ii) a cold water tank (2) for storing cold water, preferably cold water with a temperature of not > 40[deg] C, (iii) a first heat exchanger (3), which is connected with the cold water tank and the hot water tank for cooling the hot water from the hot water tank using cold water from the cold water tank, (iv) a processing device (4), and (v) a conveying device, which is connected with a first outlet of the first heat exchanger and for conveying the cooled hot water to the processing device. Independent claims are also included for: (1) brewing beer comprising (a) storing hot water, preferably hot water at 60[deg] C, preferably hot water tank of a brewing house, storing cold water, preferably cold water at not > 40[deg] C in the cold water tank of the brewing house, (b) pumping hot water from the hot water tank in the heat exchanger and cold water from the cold water tank in the heat exchanger to obtain cooled hot water, and (c) conveying the cooled hot water in the processing device; and (2) sparing method comprising carrying out the steps (a)-(c), conveying the cooled low-oxygen hot water to the refining device, and using the cooled low oxygen hot water, which is led to the refining device, as sparging water.</p> |
