摘要 Modifying a semiconductor nanocrystal surface comprises: providing an organic coating layer of semiconductor nanocrystal by at least one reactive group G1 using a cycloaddition reaction of click chemistry type on the external nanocrystal surface, and mixing the nanocrystal with an additional material provided by at least one complementary group G2 of the group G1 with respect to the click chemistry reaction, in the conditions favorable to the interaction of the groups G1 and G2. Modifying a semiconductor nanocrystal surface comprises: providing an organic coating layer of semiconductor nanocrystal by at least one reactive group G1 using a cycloaddition reaction of click chemistry type on the external nanocrystal surface, and mixing the nanocrystal with an additional material provided by at least one complementary group G2 of the group G1 with respect to the click chemistry reaction, in the conditions favorable for the interaction of the groups G1 and G2, where the groups G1 and G2 are respectively an azide and a constraint or conversely strained cycloalkynyl radical. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a surface modified semi-conductive nanocrystal obtained by the process.
