发明名称 SPHERICAL NANOPARTICLES WITH A SILICA SHELL AND MULTIPLE AU NANODOTS AS THE CORE AND SYNTHETIC METHOD THEROF
摘要 A highly spherical nanoparticle (Multi-Au@SiO2NPs) comprising a core of multiple gold nano dots and a silica shell is synthesized through a method on the basis of reverse micro emulsion (water-in-oil emulsion). The micro emulsion is manufactured by mixing a nonionic surfactant, non-polar solvent, and a cationic gold precursor aqueous solution. The multiple gold nano dots having around 5 nm of a maximum grain diameter could be collected in a silica matrix in a growth process. The size of Multi-Au@SiO2NPs and the number of gold nano dots included thereof can be controlled by adjusting a ratio of water with respect to the surfactant and the amount of the cationic gold precursor. The method is a novel and simple synthetic method for generating gold-silica hybrid nano material by collecting the multiple gold nanoparticles within the silica matrix.
