The present invention relates to an electricity generating apparatus using atmospheric (air) latent heat, including an ammonia evaporator that uses ammonia as a working fluid and absorbs latent heat at 25°C into the apparatus to use energy which is generated through the self-circulation of the fluid and generate power or electric energy on its own, and draws the latent heat contained in the atmosphere into the apparatus, allows ammonia (NH3) to pass through piping therein, and vaporizes the ammonia (NH3) to absorb the heat; a first forced ventilator that discharges the atmosphere (air) which is used outside; a heat pump that compresses the vaporized ammonia (NH3) refrigerant for additional increase in temperature; a heat exchanger that generates steam by allowing the compressed and vaporized ammonia (NH3) refrigerant to pass through the piping and allowing an R-123 solution accommodated inside to be boiled; a steam engine that is operated through the adiabatic expansion of the generated steam; a BL generator that generates electricity through the operation of the steam engine; a wet steam cooler that compresses the R-123 which is in a wet steam state after the adiabatic expansion with a second compression motor, allows the R-123 to pass through the piping, liquefies the R-123, and then further cools the liquefied R-123; a second forced ventilator that discharges surrounding heat outside; a first compression motor that accelerates the R-123 which passes through the wet steam cooler so as to put the R-123 into the heat exchanger; and an expansion valve that decompresses the high-pressure ammonia which passes through the heat exchanger into a low pressure before the ammonia is sent to the ammonia evaporator and adjusts the flow of the ammonia.
