Disclosed are an emulsified fuel manufacturing apparatus and a power unit including the emulsified fuel manufacturing apparatus. The emulsified fuel manufacturing apparatus includes: a first mixer forming a first mixture by mixing fuel and water; a second mixer which forms a second mixture by mixing fuel and emulsifying agent and which is connected with the first mixer in parallel; and a membrane module forming an emulsified fuel by refining and mixing the first mixture gained through the first mixer and the second mixture gained through the second mixer. Furthermore, the power unit includes: a first mixer forming a first mixture by mixing fuel and water; a second mixer which forms a second mixture by mixing fuel and emulsifying agent and which is connected with the first mixer in parallel; a membrane module forming an emulsified fuel by refining and mixing the first mixture gained through the first mixer and the second mixture gained through the second mixer; and an internal combustion engine where the emulsified fuel that was created in the membrane module is supplied. |
