Disclosed are a stand for an air purifier which can install a wall mounted air purifier on the ground like a stand type air purifier, and the wall-mounted air purifier including the same. The disclosed stand for the air purifier comprises: a supporting body with a structure where the lower surface is contacting the ground, including a mounting unit on the upper side for mounting a housing by being formed to correspond to the lower surface of the housing of the air purifier; and a flow passage space unit formed on the upper side of the supporting body, separated to a predetermined interval from a lower side outlet formed on the lower side of the air purifier when the housing is mounted on the supporting body, and discharging clean air discharged through the lower outlet to the side surface of the supporting body.
