The present patent application concerns new compounds of formula (I), their process of preparation and their therapeutic use:wherein R1 and R2 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a mono or bicyclic saturated nitrogen-containing ring, represented by formulawherein m=4 or 5, each Ris independently identical or different, and represents a hydrogen or a C-Calkyl, R is chosen from the group selected from a pyridyl group, where the N atom may be in the form of N-oxyde (N-O), or C-Calkyl, each optionally substituted with one or more of halogen atom, C-Calkyl, O-C-Calkyl, OH, NRRor bicyclic aryl selected from naphtyl each optionally substiuted with one or more of halogen atom, C-Calkyl, O-C-Calkyl, OH, NRR, -C-Calkenyl or -C-Calkynyl, wherein alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl are substantially heterocyclic, a functional main group selected from NRR, wherein R, Rrepresent independently hydrogen, a straight or branched C-Calkyl or an aryl group or taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a saturated or partially unsaturated monocyclic or bicyclic C-Cheterocycle or C-Cheteroaryl optionally comprising one or more further heteroatoms and/or optionally substituted with one or more of halogen atom, C-Calkyl, O-C-Calkyl, OH; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, or hydrated salts, or the polymorphic crystalline structures of these compounds or their optical isomers, racemates, diastereomers or enantiomers. |
