The present invention relates to a fat crushing device which crushes fat tissue by a physical method and with a simple structure and changes to a condition that is easy to separate stem cells and a component separating device which can crush fat. As a result, because collagenase conventionally used to separate stem cells is not used or only small amount of collagenase is used, a washing operation of collagenase can be omitted or extremely reduced and by excluding or reducing expensive collagenase, costs required for stem cell separation and manpower can be greatly reduced thereby popularizing medical service using stem cells. |
