摘要 The present invention relates to a time-division display method and a liquid crystal display. The time-division display method of displaying an image with a frequency higher than a frame frequency of an input image signal includes a dithering step (Sb1) of performing image processing through a spatial dithering scheme using at least one neighboring pixel having the brightness approximate to that of an input image frame and average brightness the same as that of the input image frame; a mixing step (Sb2) of mixing two subsequence frames in brightness by exchanging darkness and brightness of pixels in a next frame with respect to image signals of the pixels subject to the spatial dithering scheme; and a step (Sb3) of creating a plurality of sub-frames by dividing the mixed frame based on the grayscales of the sub-frame determined in each pixel.
