<p>The invention relates to a system for combustion of biomass pellets with a moisture content of up to 25% and an unlimited ash content in the iron or refractory clay tubing with a perforated device with discontinuous rotation, with rotation pulses. According to the invention, the system comprises a tubing (2) with perforated holes where the combustion proper takes place, which is rotated in cycles, in a discontinuous manner, provided with a fin for moving the pellet in a combustion chamber (3), provided with a separating-stopping element (18) for unburnt pellets, a flange (19) which delays the fall of the unburnt pellet, a bearing support (4), a shaft (13) for rotating the perforated tubing (2), a coupling (8) for breaking the thermal barrier of the engine, a second coupling (10) for breaking the thermal barrier of the engine, a spacer (17) to be mounted between the fixed tubing and the rotary tubing, a fixed combustion tubing (1) made of refractory clay or refractory sheet metal, a flange (16) for separation between the combustion chamber and the equipment and a combustion air fan (14).</p> |
