The present invention relates to a fusion welding structure of parts with radial ribs in a door trim. The present invention prevents vibration between parts in a door trim and noise due to vibration by preventing the peeling off and separation of objects to be welded from the parts by maintaining the firm welding state between the objects to be welded and the parts in a door trim. The welding structure according to the present invention firmly maintains bonding between the objects to be welded and the parts against horizontal external force and vertical external force since molten materials generated in a welding process are cured while surrounding the ridges and radial ribs of the objects to be welded.
