Introduced are an apparatus and a method for increasing the efficiency of a laser interferometer for measuring an ultrasound. For the same, the present invention includes: a resonator (100) having two resonator mirrors (110) which are separated at a predetermined interval from each other, facing each other, and which are capable of reflecting a light, reflected from the surface of a target for measuring, back and forth so as to output a coherent light; and a bundle (200) of optical fibers comprising a plurality of optical fibers (210) inside, for amplifying the intensity of an incident light transmitted to the resonator (100), at the same time preventing a spherical aberration occurring inside the resonator (100).
