The present invention relates to slippers capable of being put on in both directions, and more specifically, to slippers capable of being put on in both directions, wherein the slippers are selected to be put on in both directions and perform diet and exercise functions by inducing a user to lift his or her heels by reducing the length of outsole of the sleepers. The present invention relates to the slippers (10) which comprise an insole part (11) on which user′s foot is placed, a toe hanging part (13) which is placed between the big toe and the index toe, and a hanging strap which covers the top of user′s foot. |
