Apparatus for playing a game of tip-cat com. prises a bat 10, a plurality of tip-cats 14 which are all of the same size but are distinguishable from each other, and a further tip-cat which is of a different size from the rest. The bat is preferably made from a hardwood provided with a metal edging 13, and comprises a hinged handle 18 to facilitate storage, whilst the tipcats are also made of hardwood, may be of circular or multi-sided cross-section, are tipped at 16 with metal, and are each provided with a band 17 of colour for identification purposes.</p> |
