The utility model relates to a symbiotic food additive, which contains probiotic and chokeberry in powder form with a ration of probiotic to chokeberry from 6:1 to 3:1, wherein the probiotic lactic acid bacteria are in amounts in CFU/g: Lactobacillus lactis L-14, registrated in IBIMCC under № 8764/21.05.2013 - 1.0 х 109 to 2.5 х 1010, Lactobacillus helveticus 108, registrated in IBIMCC under № 8760/21.05.2013 - 1.0 х 109 to 1.6 х 1010, Lactobacillus helveticus AFA, registrated in IBIMCC under № 8763/21.05.2013 - 1.0 х 109 to 1.2 х 1010, Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lio1, registrated in IBIMCC under № 8769/21.05.2013 - 1.0 х 109 to 4.5 х 1010. The food additive according to the utility model combines the beneficial effects of the probiotic and chokeberry, as the chokeberry acts as a prebiotic. The probiotic facilitates the uptake of the substances in the chokeberry which leads to the achievement of an increased beneficial effect of a smaller quantity of the plant. The additive is suitable for prophylaxis of hypertension, atherosclerosis, capillary toxicosis, renal inflammations, diseases of the thyroid gland and radioactive exposure. |
