Cosmetic composition with a pH of 5.5-7.5 (10% aqueous solution, 20[deg] C) comprises 1-18 wt.% of at least one active compound mixture containing ozokerites, hydrogenated vegetable oil, stearyl stearate and stearic acid, 0.1-3 wt.% of addition products of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with 4-30C fatty alcohol, and 1-7 wt.% of glycerin.
