The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing rubber gloves having an inner surface coated, which are easy to wear and remove, have the property of protection against the cold, and have an antibacterial property, comprising: a first step for molding a usual rubber glove; a second step for combining the rubber glove with an electrode bar die (10) by turning the inside of the rubber glove outside while inspecting the rubber glove (20); a third step for applying adhesive by soaking the rubber glove in the adhesive; a fourth step for uniformizing the application thickness of the adhesive by rotating the electrode bar die (10); a fifth step for deposing microfibers on the surface of the rubber glove (20) having the adhesive applied thereto by spraying the microfibers in an electric field formed by connecting the electrode bar die (10) to a power source (44); and adjusting the spraying time of the microfibers by detecting the deposition thickness of the microfibers with the reflected light of an optical sensor (42); and a sixth step for drying the adhesive remaining on the surface of the rubber glove. Accordingly, the present invention provides a rubber glove having an inner surface coated, which does not slip off easily after a long-term usage, has the property of protection against the cold, and is sanitary; and a manufacturing method thereof capable of mass-producing rubber gloves while maintaining constant high quality.
