The present invention refers to a process for the synthesis of hybrid polymeric nanocompunds with graphene resulting from graphite oxide and the required monomers by means of polymerization assisted by microwaves for the obtention of reduced graphene dispersed in a polymeric matrix without the mixing step. The microwave energy performs the reduction of the graphite oxide and the delamination thereof in reduced graphene flakes and the polymerization of the monomers, this enabling the reduced graphene flakes to be hybridized with raising polymer chains, generating the dispersion of the flakes in the polymeric matrix. The result is a hybrid nanocompound of Nylon-6 graphene and a nanohybrid of graphene Nylon 6, both with improved properties for applications in the medicine, electronic, energy fields amongst others. |
