A tactile means of indicating the number of days food or drink may be consumed comprising an array of air bubbles made of flexible plastic chambers that are attached to the packaging of food or drink 3. During use the air bubbles are popped until the remaining unpopped air bubbles denote the number of days food or drink may be consumed, once the packaging is initially opened, which are then popped each day thereafter until all the air bubbles are popped which denote that the remaining food or drink should be discarded. Preferably the array of air bubbles are manufactured as a sheet or strip form 1, with an adhesive backing to allow the air bubble indicator to be attached to the packaging of the food or drink. Preferably the strips of air bubbles have a flap 2 that allow the backing of the adhesive to be removed. The tactile air bubbles allows visually impaired users to record and asses the lifespan of food or drink once the packing has been opened. |
