<p>A wearable protective device comprises a face mask (100, Fig 3) including a breathing filter and a strap connecting device 110A for connecting a head strap (30, Fig 3) to the face mask. The strap connecting device includes a mask connecting arrangement 208, 212 for removably connecting the strap connecting device to the face mask, and a strap connecting arrangement 214 for receiving a head strap. The strap connecting device may further include a main body 202A which is positioned behind a rear surface of the face mask in use and which may extend outwards of the rear surface of the mask at an angle which is non-parallel with the main direction of the rear surface.</p> |
