The present invention discloses a light that can be used for various purposes since the light varies while having a correlation with white noise and a system for controlling the same. The light of the present invention comprises a main body having a specific shape, a white noise generator, and a certain number of lamps changing colors thereof according to white noise from the white noise generator. A remote controlling unit of the present invention may be a separately manufactured remote controller or a communication device having an embedded remote controlling function such as a smartphone. It is desirable that, in the present invention, the white noise and the changes of colors of the lamps have a correlation with each other. According to the system for controlling the light, excellent effects in alleviating stress and improving concentration can be expected.
