The resin composition of the present invention contains a first epoxy resin, a second epoxy resin, a hardener, and an inorganic filler; wherein the polydispersity Index (PDI) of the first epoxy resin is 2 or less and the polydispersity index of the second epoxy resin and is larger than the polydispersity index of the first epoxy resin.
