A balanced vertical moving apparatus for moving a body having a first weight toward, or from a selected elevation comprises: loading means on which the body is designed to be loaded; moving means powered by a power source; first detection means for detecting the first weight, which are interposed between the loading means and the moving means; storage means for storing a reference weight in a storage device; drive means for driving the moving means, which are connected to said first detection means and said storage means and are designed to actuate said moving means, the drive means comprising at least two alternately selectable operating states, a first lifted state and a second lowered state, which are both designed to be selected by external control means, a third automatic actuation state being selectable when an additional external force is applied to said loading means. |
