摘要 The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for producing porous biologically active coatings on metal and ceramic implants. The invention is directed at producing biologically active hydrophilic coating on metal and ceramic implants. The said technical result is obtained using in a method for producing porous biologically active coatings on implants made from metal and ceramic materials polyvinylidenefluoride powder dissolved in a mixture of acetone and bytilacetate, using a mixture of hydroxyapatite and tribasic calcium phosphate processed in a ball mill in the presence of bytilacetate. A solution of polyvinylidenefluoride in a mix solvent and dispersion of hydroxyapatite and tribasic calcium phosphate mixture powders is homogenized in a ball mill and apply on rough and heated up to 90°C implants by pneumatic spraying. A coating is formed in a chamber furnace at not less than 180°C. Then the coating is modified by applying calcium phosphate layer in the argon atmosphere during less than 1 hour by high-frequency magnetron deposition of a target made from hydroxyapatite.
