The present invention relates to a method and a system for servicing a mobile booklet including life advertisements to a smart terminal and, more specifically, to a system and a method for not only simply receiving a service of life information at low costs without an extra application but also providing the service of life information for more people by reducing the limitation of an access. The system includes: a member terminal for inputting and registering personal information of customers by connecting to a home page which is operated by a service center; a service server of the service center which assigns an URL address to each of mobile booklets and instructs the system to send a text message at a preset or predetermined time while building a database about information of affiliated stores with which a contract is made and composing the mobile booklets after securing location information based on the inputted personal information; a text message server which is connected to the service server through a network, generates a text message which includes each of URL information according to instructions of the service server, and transmits the text message to an identification number of the corresponding member; and smart terminals of customers which receive and confirm the text message which is serviced through the text message server, request a mobile booklet of the corresponding customer to the service center when touching the URL information of the transmitted text message, and enable the customers view the mobile booklet.
