The present invention relates to a waist size adjusting device for adjusting the waist size of a lower garment having inside and outside folding portions separatedly formed on one side of a waist band and a piece of insertion cloth sewn on the inside folding portion, wherein the waist size adjusting device includes: a guide rail having latches formed on the underside thereof, one side surface sewn horizontally in such a manner as to be surface-contacted with the inner folding portion, and the other side surface having a protrusion protruding outwardly therefrom in a lengthwise direction thereof; a position fixing part open on both sides thereof and having partition walls which is formed by bending in a shape of ′��prime; at the center of a metal plate, bending the horizontal portions formed on the upper and lower portions thereof, and bending the centers of the horizontal portions in such a manner as to be symmetrical with respect to the bent direction and a first housing which is formed by bending in a shape of ′��prime; from the partition walls, wherein the first housing and a second housing are partitioned by the partition walls and the first housing, the second housing, and the partition walls are formed by bending one metal plate; and a pressurizing member coupled to the center of the second housing to vertically move, having a pressurizing plate disposed on the top thereof so as to be pressurized by a wearer and a locking piece formed on the lower portion thereof to be locked and fixed to the latches, and locks or releases the locking piece to/from the latches. |
