<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell using atmospheric pressure/room temperature plasma and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell is capable of improving the photoelectric transformation efficiency through an atmospheric pressure/room temperature plasma manner. The present invention is able to reform the surface of the metal oxide to be hydrophilic at the same time transforming a metastable metal oxide to a stable metal oxide by the atmospheric pressure/room temperature plasma manner, thereby improving the absorption with a dye. Thus, as a lot of electrons can be produced by the optical absorption, consequentially, the photoelectric transformation efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, since the present invention is able to reduce the process time by reducing the dye absorption time and improve the productivity with low price facilities, the present invention is excellent in economic efficiency.</p> |
