A video signal synchronization apparatus in a portable terminal having a Bluetooth headset and a method thereof are provided to solve an asynchronous problem due to a deviation while performing a Bluetooth headset operation and the quality of a communication line by enabling a user to change video signal delay time while a video is being regenerated. A video signal synchronization apparatus in a portable terminal comprises a radio receiving part(110), a display part(120), a Bluetooth part(130), a Bluetooth headset(160), a key input part(140), and a control part(150). The radio receiving part receives signals. The display part displays video signals among the received signals. The Bluetooth part transmits audio signals among the received signals. The Bluetooth headset outputs the audio signals transmitted from the Bluetooth part. The key input part is provided to backward or reverse the video signals. The control part performs a control operation to backward or reverse and display the video signals according to the key manipulation of the key input part. |
