<p>The present invention relates to a rotating type shaver and, more specifically, a rotating type shaver of which a cartridge can be rotated and changed and in which the angle of the cartridge can be controlled. A handle is included on one side, and a head is included on the other side. A shaver blade cartridge is connected to the head. The rotating type shaver also includes a moving unit for rotating the shaver blade cartridge. The shaver blade cartridge is rotated at the angle of 180 degrees around the head as an axis. Therefore, the position of the shaver blade cartridge is changed while the direction of a body unit is fixed when a user shaves the upper part and the upper lower of a chin.</p> |
