The present invention relates to a method of testing a service quality, and more particularly to a method of supporting an automatic test of a service quality by which items related to various service qualities generated during use of a communication service provided by a communication business can be collected from a user terminal and a test for the service quality can be automatically processed and an apparatus for the same, wherein a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a service application for collecting service information input by a user or service information on a service event generated finally and transmitting the service information and the user information to a service quality analysis apparatus upon request for identification of a service quality by the user, and if a guide message for an automatic test of a service quality is received from the service quality analysis apparatus, controlling such that a service event corresponding to the service information is performed, and a communication interface for transmitting the collected service information and user information to the service quality analysis apparatus, and receiving the guide message for an automatic test of a service quality from the service quality analysis apparatus.
