PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and a repairing method thereof are provided to use an exposure mask for negative type photoresist, thereby repairing disconnection of a signal wiring when a transparent driving electrode is formed. CONSTITUTION: A gate line is patterned on a substrate (1) to define a pixel area. A gate insulating layer (11) is formed on the top of the substrate. A data line (20), which is alternately arranged, is patterned. A transparent conductive film is layered on the substrate. A negative type photoresist is coated on the substrate. In an exposure mask, the area corresponding to the signal wiring and transparent driving electrode is a transmission region. |
