The present invention relates to the improvement of a probe of a test device mounted with a battery. A body lower part (4) of the probe (2) is configured to contain a partition wall (6) with a stopper function to form more than one cushion member mounting groove (8) which is configured a ��shaped conductive cushion member (10), in where contact terminal side (10a) is formed in an array form, to be installed. Therefore the present invention is to have reliability to the test device mounted with the battery by minimizing heat generation to reduce contact resistance of an electrode terminal (22a) on a battery pack (22) at the maximum. |
