Provided is electrolytic copper foil with a surface roughness Rz of a deposited surface which is 1.4μm or less, a tensile strength after thermal treatment which is 40 kgf/mm^2 or more, and an elongation percentage which is 4% or more. The electrolytic copper foil has the high elongation percentage while maintaining low roughness and high strength. Therefore the electrolytic copper foil can be used for a current collector of a mid-to large-size lithium-ion secondary battery and a substrate for semiconductor packing for tape automated bonding (TAB) used in a tape carrier package (TCP).
