A light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an activating layer disposed under the first conductive semiconductor layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer disposed under the activating layer; a channel layer disposed at the lower circumference of the light emitting structure; a first electrode electrically connected to the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second electrode disposed under the second conductive semiconductor layer and electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; a support member disposed under the second electrode; and a reflection part disposed on the upper part of the channel layer and the side part of the support member. |
