<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously treating metal strips (1), especially metal strips of aluminum, aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metal, or non-ferrous metal alloy. The apparatus for continuously treating metal strips includes at least one heat treatment unit (2) allowing the metal strips (1) to pass therethrough without contact; and a strip centering unit (7) for adjusting the positions of the metal strips (1) in a transverse direction with respect to a strip movement direction within a strip movement plane. The heating treatment unit (2) has at least one heating region (3) at the end portion of an upstream entrance thereof and one cooling region (4) at the end portion of a downstream exit thereof. According to the present invention, the strip centering unit (7) is disposed in the cooling region (4).</p> |
